Unfortunately, they don't tell you what they CANNOT provide. Online sites are great for gathering information but they cannot consult, counsel, advise, have knowledge of local laws and market conditions, make judgments, "own" the result, or most importantly, they don’t understand your individual goals and needs and care about you as a lifelong Customer.

The Bottom Line: We believe “one-size” doesn't fit all for real estate consumers. We also acknowledge some consumers are willing and more than capable to perform various parts the transaction on their own.   • We list your property on Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • We syndicate your property to our website and the other local real estate companies’ websites thru MLS
  • We syndicate your property to ALL the major national real estate sites and over 80 smaller real estate sites.
  • We set up appointments and handle logistics of showings
  • We assist with offer negotiations
  • We take care of all the inspection and closing details
  • We essentially are with you every step of the way

Upon a successful closing,

  • 3% plus  $4,800 

OPTION 2: (Saves you $800) 

  • We send you comparable sold properties in your neighborhood or area
  • We list your property on Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • We syndicate your property to our website and the other local real estate companies’ websites thru MLS
  • We syndicate your property to ALL the major national real estate sites and over 80 smaller real estate sites.
  • We set up appointments and handle logistics of showings
  • We assist with offer negotiations
  • We take care of all the inspection and closing details
  • You take and send us photographs
  • You, write the marketing material and send to us
  • You write the full information about your property
  • We are still with you every step of the way

Upon a successful closing, you pay 3% plus $4,000

OPTION 3: (Saves you $1200) Same as OPTION 1, except:

  • You pay a $1,800 “up front” retainer fee and upon a successful closing, you pay 3% plus $1,800

OPTION 4: (Saves you $1800) Same as OPTION 2, except:

  • You pay a $1,500 “up front” retainer fee and upon a successful closing, you pay 3% plus $1,500
